STANDARD
The interior has been designed and finished with attention to every detail. The central, impressive point of the house is the original wooden staircase, whose structure and decorative balustrades make a unique impression. The ceiling joists also attract attention. An additional advantage are timeless oak inlaid parquet. The quality of the house is also demonstrated by wooden windows and elegant white interior doors. The mouldings in some rooms gives them elegance.
The building's façade was finished with stucco with a horizontal and vertical division, complemented by decorative vertical fluting under the cornices. The plinth is made of crushed stone. The terrace is lined with polished stone slabs. The balcony floors are made of terracotta. The rectangular shape houses exceptionally functional, spacious, perfectly sunny rooms. The impressive garden surrounding the building further emphasizes the unique character of the property. When designing the house, the architect aimed to integrate the building with the surroundings in such a way that nature penetrated the interior, and this concept is still alive today. It is worth emphasizing that in this part of the city, a plot of 1,880 square meters is rare.
LOCATION
The house is located in one of the most valued districts of Warsaw, Mokotów. Osiedle Oficerskie was located in the green suburban Wyględów, which borders the vast Pole Mokotowskie park, where there was once an airport and now there are peaceful, manicured gardens, a lake and cafes. There is a park nearby, and along ul. Żwirki i Wigury – Aleja thousand linden trees. On the section between Aleja Tysiąca Lip and the intersection with 17 Stycznia Street, there are 1,052 trees in three or four rows. In turn, there are currently fashionable restaurants on the premises of the 19th-century Mokotów fort.
There are numerous grocery stores, drugstores and service outlets nearby. We are just a few minutes by car from the shopping center – Galeria Westfield Mokotów. Nearby there are private medical facilities and the State Medical Institute of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Warsaw.
The property is well connected to the center of Warsaw, as well as to the route out of the city, and access to Chopin Airport takes about 10 minutes.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In recent years, the building has undergone a change in interior design. The renovation did not interfere with the external shape of the main building and the façade, it only served to adapt the space to the business needs of the currently operating activity. The key original features have been retained
